Description
95% Syrah, 5% Viognier
This wine from Syrah grapes growing at 500m, on small Triassic terraces oriented east – south east, has been rewarded by the Cervim which preserves, sustains and promotes “heroic viticulture”.
Cuvée Nathalie is ideally drunk at 15 °C / 59°F – having opened the bottle three hours earlier – with truffled scrambled eggs, a roast leg of lamb or a braised pheasant.
